Domain Health

We have WorkOS and are sending out activation emails for our beta product. They activation email (with the link) ends up in spam. We've tried so many different combos (plain text vs. html, vs. no hyperlink), and it seems like anything with a link is getting bounced. I'm worried about our domain health and curious if there's a better way to diagnose the problem

I've used mail-tester.com as a simple test in the past, it reports on the obvious SPF/DKIM/reverse-DNS things that are often significant.

In Gmail, open Show original, do SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all show PASS? In Outlook, check the X-Forefront-Antispam-Report for SFV and CAT as well as SCL. SFV:SPM means Microsoft marked it as spam; SCL:5+ is generally a bad sign, and BCL:0 just means it wasn’t classified as bulk.

Are the emails coming from @workos.com or your domain? Do you have DKIM setup? How old is your domain?

they're coming from our company domain (it's about 6mo old). we have DKIM and SPF setup. everything works fine except our workOS links. we've escalated the ticket with them but looking for a workaround. Curious if others have this issue
